1. Use of Our Services

  • Our taxi booking services are available to individuals aged 18 or older.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete booking information.

  • You must not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

2. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or booking form.

  • All bookings are subject to driver availability and confirmation.

  • You are responsible for providing correct pickup and drop-off details.

3. Payments

  • Payments may be made online or directly to the driver, depending on the booking method.

  • We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store card details.

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may qualify for a full refund.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be ready at the pickup point on time.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings. AtoZTaxi is not liable for lost items.

  • Unruly or abusive behavior towards drivers will not be tolerated.

6. Liability

  • We strive to provide reliable and safe journeys. However, AtoZTaxi is not liable for:

    • Delays due to traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the booking.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Rayan Enterprise (PVT) LTD. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
